Every project starts off with an analysis. We do an assessment on the current situation in comparison with the desired situation. Taking into account the goals for the project, both on a business level as from the user perspective, we look for weaker spots and turn them into an opportunity to learn and exceed. Strong aspects will be evaluated and enhanced. We’ll explore the technical restrictions, considering work load and budget.
